Another allied NO which is not on my list - the Philippines being worth 5 ipcs. Should have done it sooner!

Correct. That’s why I did not. But nor was I setting myself up to do so thinking it was worth just the 2 ipcs. Perhaps I wouldn’t have got there sooner anyway. :-)

This game is still pretty even Leo - but I think I can see my doom approaching! :-(
