    o yes, India bombings worked better than expected, but these were my first bombings in this game. Bombing is way less lucrative in this mod, good to see that at least occasionally there still is some happening,

  • I don’t think there would be much less bombing.  Fighters escort at 2 also, and if there is much of an escort at all, it shields the bombers.  And escorts aren’t even always needed, if there is a small number of potential interceptors…

    true… escorts help… I guess the reason I did not really bomb until now was more that Axis powers were quite busy on all fronts, I never had some bombers (preferably with escorts) to spare  for a bombing raid… or I did not want  to risk them against AA shots

  • Alright, like you said this was a cursed game for me
    86% you hit with a kamikaze, and you did.  With only 1 kamikaze left I think I had a shot at doing major damage in 6 and possibly even staying alive.  But my 60% chance to clear with a sub over a destroyer failed.
    Perfect storm.  You played great, you ambushed me by being nearly an unknown in the league, and you had the right strategy for Axis in the balanced mod game.
    Good game, I would ask for rematch but can’t do until April
