man I am not used to defense of Europe at all… looks pretty bad… Germany already buying fully defensively in T5 already, Japan not much progress towards the victory either… the new Chinese rule has quite an effect… it binds a lot of Japanese land units that could be used elsewhere in the OOB game…

I like the historical aspect of the China slog, but even never having played past round 3 or 4 in a balance mod game I knew that was a major handicap for Japan, part of the reason I voluntarily gave up tons of money with 4 NO’s
Few concentrate on Normandy the way I do. Losing Egypt I1 I guess made it easier to focus too, not throwing too much money at factories away from the Atlantic
It’s tough to fend off the onslaught against Japan if all Allies are aggressive, and Russians stay home, against a good player. And this even with a balanced US approach

I only have two transports with Britain - I’ll be looking to ramp that up hopefully
Russian wall is my biggest strength at this point I think… But you have pretty much all the Russian NO’s stopped which is a good accomplishment -
Russians NO’s are pretty annoying also… if Germany does not pay attention it is easily an extra +7 IPC/turn for Russia… which is huge… so from the very beginning I thought Germany has to invest fully in land units, no fancy naval or bomber purchases… also I tried a late DOW to minimize the time Russia gets those extra NO’s money, still Russia looks super strong…
now UK/USA starts to be pretty annoying in Atlantic… not sure how long will I be able to fend them off

man, Japan is tough… attacked wild on all fronts, enemies’ income is just no match to mine, annoying Siberians … you were probably right I should have cleared them last turn, at least I would have 1 front less to care about…
