I highly recommend that you learn to only make combat moves during the combat movement phase. Technically non-combat moves are not allowed in the combat movement phase, but I’ll allow them because it only handicaps my opponent

I’ll admit it - I can already say I love the balanced mod even though I’m not fully raking in the cash yet because USSR isn’t allowed to the party
