Hi,
I hope you can ask me in the future about stuff, I also noticed you skipped asking scramble for phillipines. There I can understand it some how, but here I would have liked to be informed. In another game some one choose to submerge a sub of mine, while I believed it should have stayed and fight.
So in order to prevent misunderstandings, just submit your combat turn and wait for reply. It might take a bit longer, but I dont mind that.
