Cliffside Bunker open gaming events

      Anyone interested can reply here or message me. We are having a 1 day Global 40 tournament by teams. The plan is for a team anywhere from 2 to 5 guys plays 2 games simultaneously and at the end we count total points scored. There is a set bid of 33 for allies. It is based on scoring points not victory on one side. However you do get extra points if you win on a side. We also have open gaming usually the Anniversary or Revised second edition. This is for fun. I seem to have lost some contact numbers so if previous players read this please reply.
    So far we have about 14 to 15 people coming as we had 4 recent cancels. So we have space as not all do the tournament.
          We play at a Church in Whitestone Queens, NY. Doors open about 940, we hope to start play before 1030am and play until we finish. We are planning to keep the global games moving and play 9 rounds by 7pm or so. We order lunch in. We serve soda, snacks and ask for 10 dollars for the church. We have a guy who sells games

AAMC is currently taking sign ups for our Revised Combat Leaders/Lieutenant tournaments.  Sign ups will be open until Oct. 25.  This is a ranked tournament, with the top players going into the Combat Leaders draw and the lower ranked or new players going into the Lieutenant draw.  If you are new to PBEM or to the Revised ruleset, then it is a good way to get a taste of tournament action with out having to face some of the top players.

If you have any questions about the club, don’t hesitate to ask.

Axis and Allies fans, I wanted to let everyone know that our gaming group, Atlanta Axis and Allies, will be having our next gaming session on Saturday August 25th at the Giga Bites Café in Marietta.  If you enjoy strategy games and live in the Atlanta area, then you don’t want to miss this meet up!

Ok, looks like it will most likely be the weekend of 10/26. That’s Fri, 10/26 through Sun, 10/28. My buddy and I from So Cal will definitely be coming. There may be another friend of ours from So Cal coming as well. Plus, possibly another friend of ours from N. Cal. Our friend from N. Cal is a long shot. So, most likely three of us. Then, we have another two good possibilities(never met in person but corresponding through A&A.org) from S. Cal that will be coming as well. So, that’s 4 or 5 most likely confirmed.
