No it isn’t. You had 1 hit in round 4 with only a bomber and a battleship remaining. I had 3 units remaining. I prefer to exchange one of the fighters for the carrier. It would have made sense for me to go for the carrier over the fighter as it would be logic for me to score at least 1 hit.
