Right now I am not able to download the file.
It looks like a A and A broad wide issue.
It Looks like that the issue is solved but you would have to redo your turns.
In your case the US, China and UK.
You have to edit the battles in, I guess.
FYI:
You may want to save after each of your turns.
I i.e. create a file with the Name super save where I save my turn into.
I double check on the Forum if my turn went trough and next time my turn is up, it will be overwritten with my next one.
I will just edit everything like it should have been
