Mine was far worse. THe German Ft makes a difference. Italy will now do what it never does against me and make too much income. I can’t beat yoy whichever side I play.

I am not sure you should remove the French Cruiser from Toulon.

my idea was that French navy in MED is usually dead before French1, so giving them 2 ships to actually hide in away from Italy or even attack SZ96 would mess up too much with MED.
Overall I don’t mind making Axis a bit stronger militarily, If Allies would have enough economic edge to counter that… in OOB and bidding… Italy is just made impotent militarily but still German and Japanese economy can get so strong fast that Axis dominate. Most of my Axis victories in OOB are actually economy, my Axis make more IPC than Allies and then just slowly and steadily encircle last Allied strongholds which typically lack any counteroffensive potential.
So I would like to see being Italians stronger militarily and allies economically so Italians can have some fun in MED before US kicks in stops them. Lets see how it will go… maybe AXIS MED NOs should be a bit reduced… as as it stands now if Italy gets successful in MED early it can get pretty rich as well… lets see how this game will go, but maybe reducing ecah AXIS MED NO from 5 IPC to 3 IPC and Persia/Iraq 2 IPC to 1 IPC might work better. Militarily stronger Italy would not be such a big problem if it would not imply economically strong at the same time…
also it would be great if Euro Axis could achieve victory in multiple ways, it would not be good if strong Barbarossa is the only way to victory. I would like to see Sea Lion and AFrica/MED domination as possible ways to achieve victory for Euro Axis… at least if Allies make it possible…
