    Maybe it is a bug.
    It was occupied by UK pac at the beginning of my turn and i did not demonstrated any aggression towards France anymore, so the cpu just kindly gavw me the 10 ipc for being nice.

    I actually noticed that it was already on my Triple A bug list.  I did a bug report on the Triple A site again and attached the file.

    I’m sure it just looks at whether FIC is French at the end of the turn, or something like that.  But you definitely attacked FIC on J2, so you do not get your 10  :-)
