    Sorry about the unpleasant surprise, but I guess it’s not really that bad.  It cost me a man on Gibraltar and a transport to get 12 bucks, and the knocked down factory probably won’t even be a factor.

    Shoot, it probably wasn’t even the best move I could make, come to think of it.  Except you do have to go get the transport with something

    You can never attack a submarine without a destroyer unless the submarine owner voluntarily chooses to fight.  Subs can submerge immediately.  You may move your Russian sub to a different sea zone (started by Leningrad) before Germany’s turn, if you like
