    btw. There is a bank holiday in good old Germany tomorrow…

    big Atheists we are, we celebrate the ascension of Christ on Thursday and most males will drink themselves into a stupor (its also used to celebrate fathers-day here)

    my family will go camping… starting tomorrow morning until Sunday. So I wont be making any moves before Monday after today.

    yes. I would say its famous mode of vacation for Germans. And we are no exception.

    I enjoy the simpleness of it, albeit a German commercial camping ground is nothing simple anymore… with its pristine sanitary installations, kitchen, breakfast bun service etc etc.  :wink:

    But we like to fool ourselves with the “I can survive in the wilds” attitude… hehe
