I would remove the 4 Gamerman and N did for their League game. still makes the Allies too powerful. -
I am fine with it.

Not sure I know a halfway satisfying way to divide Allies between PP and me, it is so important they align their moves….

I think we all wanted to play the “inbalanced” version. I might need to download the map,for you to play.
I used Gamerman and Nerquen’s League game, but I believe it can be found in the League Discussion thread.
We will then eliminate 4 of the ludicrous extra Allied NOs, to make it a bit more balanced. The same ones they elected to dismiss. -

Sebastian - one of us as UK & US - the other does the rest? Quicker if China with UK & US, but very unbalanced between players.
Or - split as UK, Russia & France and US, China & ANZAC. I think that sounds better. But communication will be key.

For the game you only need a specific savegame to start with…
Cred… as you start they game I STRONGLY suggest… you
1. you load the game and read the Notes about NOs and Vichy France
You can avoid Vichy by simply killing S. France in G1, but may be just
2. do a test run with it to see what is happeningIs an important decision to take for Germany I think.

NOs are not switched off easily… you need to remove the money from them after you get it… manually using EDIT.
Could I ask if we play one game with all NOs on? I never played that Mod before… So I would like to know how it feels like without changing it … :wink:

I feel I am losing to Adam with 4 NOs switched off; I think it would be very hard with all working. Te China spawn thing is too much, combined with an unwillingness to attack Russia.

nerquen checked and there were 18 games in League with the balanced mod… and currently it stands at 9:9 - with NOs mainly all intact…
seems quite ok to me.

Russia might need to integrate with China, while US now can closely integrate with China…
New rule is:
in all Chinese non-coastal territories (so all starting territories of China - purple) which are:- controlled by Japan
- but have no Japanese unit in it
-> will spawn 1 chinese troop, essentially overtaking it.
Idea is: Japan must now put 1 Inf unit at least to each Chinese terr. it captures, but US can use some Bomber or so to kill it, and allow China to spawn an Inf there right after that.

At the start of China’s turn, a Chinese infantry is spawned in each non-coastal Chinese territory under Axis control that is not garrisoned by at least 1 Axis land unit (i.e., infantry, marine, mech infantry, artillery, or armor). These “guerrillas” engage in combat wherever they are spawned and may not be moved until China’s next turn.

If the Japanese have taken a Chinese territory and they leave it ungarrisoned by a Ground troop, at the beginning of the Chinese turn, one Inf will appear.

I guess lot of that 9:9 comes from the fact that players of very different skills are playing against each other. I have to agree here with wittmann that the default balance mod is likely favoring allies, even after removing 4 NOs, Allies are still probably too strong. Anyway you decide guys, have fun!
