Nominations for A&A Revised Strategies

Allies won in round 9. Russia took all of Europe, Manchuria and Kwangtung. England took the Pacific , from India to Tokyo.

I just had a game where my friend conceeded after Russia’s second turn. Total time was a little over an hour. The game before that, same teams, took us about 12 rounds and over ten hours.

It used to be free. Can’t come around to paying for something that used to be free.

Basically, on the plus side the PBEM is no longer done through Facebook, but instead is available on the GameTableOnline page.

On the negative side, games now cost 27 cents per game.

I think the convenience (much less effort involved than say PBF here or TripleA PBEM) is worth the price–we’ll see how many agree.  The application is still imperfect alas.

Uh! And why not equip them with a pre-emptive shot and the capabilities to carry a fighter?  :-D

I like Transports also!!!
TRN is the more important unit after the infantry (that is the more important unit overall in the game) because they are able to transport the more important unit of the game, the infantry!

But… my TRN do not difend as Jen TRN do, they insist in scoring between 2 and 4!  :-(

Oh, we pretty much had one.  It was based on most common out comes with Germany holding Egypt and Caucasus, Japan in China and India.

Of course we based ours off a Restricted Russia so the combined Kwang-Bang was moot.

I still disagree with the placement of navy units in the Baltic…If anywhere…you’d need them in the Med(for Africa, Caucasus, Middle East…) but if I saw Germany building a Baltic fleet…I’d just build a few aircraft…maybe a sub(probably not)…it wouldn’t bother me if my British Airforce was dead…as long as there’s still a big hole in the Baltic Sea…which is inevitable anyway…the smartest thing to do with that navy is to keep it put…relieving pressure on Eastern Europe, Germany, Karelia, and Norway
