    Hey Sir,

    I am confused about what tripleA does.

    Next to the wrong NO I was genuinely convinced that your attack at Amur would activate the Mongolians.

    My understanding of the rules is that only an attack by Russia does neglect the pact. However as US did attack and the Russians just walked into Korwa in NCM I was definitely thinking the pact remains intact. That was the whole ratio behind stacking Korea because I though, that in case your 9/1 stack would just walk into Amur I would have had 15 Inf to attack.

    What is your opinion on that? I will also ask Gamerman.

    Rulebook says:
    If the Soviet Union attacks Korea or any Japan-controlled territory bordering these Mongolian territories while Mongolia is still a strict
    neutral, Mongolia will remain neutral and not ally itself with the Soviet Union.

    Or did my attack at Kansu break the pact?

    Moving in US controlled Korea does indeed not violate the pact, but you attacked Kansu which was a Japanese controlled territory bordering Mongolia, which renders the pact non valid.

    I was very close to replying here to make sure you knew about Kansu but ended up deciding against it, and now I wish I had. What should we do?

    Oh boy, yes, the Kansu attack did break the pact.

    I completely forgot about that. I assume you would have attacked Amur anyway.
    Thus I just threw away 6 Russian inf. I could just have let the guy go and would have more defenders against Germany.

    Oh boy, after the dice disasters I now made a rule blunder.

    This game drifted away quickly. I liked my position before US3. Now its completely wrecked.

    It may not be my fault, but I wouldn’t want to beat my opponent because he didn’t know a certain aspect of the rule.

    Unfortunately a lot happened during the Japanese turn…oh well.

    Yeah most of my reasoning behind my decision to not ask about Kansu was from the fact that I know you are experienced and that this must have happened to you in the past like it happened to me a few years ago, and hence you must have known about it.
