One thing we will have to manually do is make sure we have one Infantry with Artillery. Because you can’t have artillery by itself to attack or defend. Must be one guy there.

I have a feeling you messed up on Italy 5?
Italien capital is in southern Italy. I made a UK combat save as well. If you intended for this to happen then lets move on
If not, you may put 6 dudes, 2 AA and 2 fighters in southern italy. You may of course put as much or as little you like in southern italy but anything less then this I would at least have the option to consider re-doing US/UK6

Nope, that was not an error. The error was long before when I bought subs instead of ground units. I chose to sacrifice the capital to keep the italian military intact.
