    Karl felt that going for the capital was too high risk.

    Nuking 4 aa guns + a major factory, and grabbing 4 IPCS that Italy can’t get back. Doesn’t seem all that bad as an alternative.

    haha…  well, seth was already shell-shocked BEFORE you annihilated java.  it will be a miracle if he’s still breathing now.  losing northern italy and 4 aa guns may have been the last straw.

    This is a very interesting turn for Italy.  A lot of strategic decisions to make, and a lot of variables.

    Tough to say for sure what I would do.
