I can’t recall a time when i was more thoroughly beaten. Your Axis strategy is astonishing - everything seems to be happening several rounds before you’d normally expect it to. I am humbled. But i appreciate the lesson! I’ll be studying this game to improve my own Axis play.

Haha you flatter me :-). The main reason why Japan was doing just fine even with max US pac was because China got caught up defending Yunnan round 2. Yeah my axis play has gone against up to 32 bid and won (LL), and in my game group we even use some of the bid to discourage J1 because it’s so effective. You should consider J1 in the future.

You should play against Cow sometime. I’d love to see how that goes down, given that he’s the other big fan of J1 DOW. I have used it once or twice myself, but I think I might try using it again soon. Biggest problem I have with it is the Allies always end up stacking Yunnan.

If you do what I do it’s either India or Yunnan. Hmm Cow says that the other turns aren’t viable for Japan, but I think the axis have such an advantage that it doesn’t matter that much when Japan declares war.
