we actually prefer that each side can make any noncom they wish as long as there have been no convoy dice (must ask if any dice have been thrown) and no dice on the following power’s turn.

actually, the entire group of 3 ftr, bom will land in fwa if you allow. no reason to be in south america.

here is my desired noncom, if you allow. let me know if you guys agree to the concept of being able to make any noncom adjustment as long as the next power hasn’t moved. convoy dice are normally just a formality to ask, it’s a rare instance where that would make a difference though so asking is still prudent.
