Actually it’s even worse than that if your Canadian considering “Britsh Columbia” and "Yukon Territory merged into “Western Canada”. Of course gameplay is affected little to zilch by this revision.

Using second edition rules with NO’s, has anyone found a proper balance, or is the game balanced as is? I am asking this from a perspective of running a tournament in the future and wanting to know your thoughts of which side needs the bid and how much. So far I have only played Global….

In my group we don’t do bids for any games, we just try to balance the teams by players

I believe their is a new rule where if Japan attacks before turn 4 US gets 30 IPC’s immediately. This helps a ton to balance out the map.
