I notice several players have 3 games completed at this time, so as these players complete their 4th, I look forward to the rankings becoming more accurate. (Players with 1-3 games completed still have their 2014 tier by default)
As these players complete their 4th games and get an updated tier, there will be ripple effects that should increase the reliability of the PPGs

I totally agree there, Gamer. This system takes into account number of games played as part of the factor. Hence, players will naturally spread out at the top and bottom as we all get more games under our belt (and as more players accrue established ratings). There are no established ratings yet (15 games) but we have some that are so very close. Not a bad amount for only 60 days of play! ;)
