another game i should have won…
Lost sooo many games this season because of stupid blunders. I could have had such good stats -.-
I think I will take a break…That was crazy. Your move to bring the fleet to new guinea with the passive transport of the Anzac fighters was the exact perfect move to prevent the Japanese victory, either buy airstriking Caro or just fly the fighters over to hawaii.
I can really imagine that it must be brutal to lose a winning position in round 23. But I strongly believe that this is part of the spirit of A&A, the reason a player can continue to play even in a bad position. Otherwise all games would immediately be resigned once an imbalance appears. I guess that would be worse.
Still, I fell with you man, great game to bring Alex in that difficult position!

JDOW over Alex.
- Timewise, I already struggled against MrRoboto, wouldnt be better against JDOW. Thx both for continuously overlooking my needing more than three days.
- Gamewise, this is leading nowwhere. Allweneed, Gamer, Hank outclassed me before in games, this feels similar. Just in case I give up too early, pls see under 1)

Karl7 (Axis) over Shin Ji (Allies +14)
http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=35335.new#new
I was sure I had him - Japan was taken care of for good, and a massive invasion force was already in Europe. But with the European Axis holding all of Russia and Egypt, there was just no way to compete with that kind of money. Add in Japan’s (rather impressive) airforce aiding in the defense, and it’s a recipe for an Axis win.

Shin Ji is too generous. He was killing me in the Pacific by excellent moves, but then Germany attacked the Soviet stack in a desperate bid to open up the eastern front and it worked. Moscow soon fell, and the German position was secured by the fleeing Japanese air force.
This is was a dice game that turned more or less on one battle going my way that shouldn’t have…
