I agree Elk, the only time I would try south france is in LL format.

You would have to place one Carrier in SZ 6 to collect it.

There is no such thing as a one way mission(suicide). There must be a possible landing space for each air unit or the combat is not allowed.
AAA here on this site allows planes to crash and die sometimes when a valid spot is available. It is an error in the programme.

The Russian NO deals with originally pro-Axis territories, so true neutrals that switch do not count.

Japan sitting off of Hawaii is fine; there is a sea zone between SZ 26 and SZ 10.

Oh yeah.  You have to leave some of them alive so you can point and say “Nyah, nyah, we beat you.”

There must be either a battle in the sea zone, or an amphibious assault being launched from the sea zone.

I’m currently playing a game which we borrowed some house rules from the previous poster in this thread. We are using tech tokens for 5 IPC’s each, but you can only purchase as many tech tokens as you have Victory Cities. You can purchase tech tokens, but may not take the rolls unless you are at war. So to start out the game Germany could buy 2 tech tokens. If they fail that first roll, then the next turn they could buy 1 more if they had taken out Paris. If not then they could only keep using the 2 they had left over from the previous turn. This version has taken away a lot of the luck aspect of tech which is nice. It also limits the amount of tech you can roll a turn so no power has an excessive amount. Small powers also have a harder time getting them.
