Thats awesome!  Glad I could help.  I definitely agree, having an AC in the Atlantic really brings a new dimension to the game, instead of having 20 DD scattered throughout the board.  That Canadian IC is really useful in the early stages of an AAE game.

It depends on the outcome of the firswt battle. As a German player, I try to capture Vborg and Leningrad in the first turn to take away lending area for fighters from England. Fighters are better to give to the Russians since they are cheaper, and they help defend agaisnt industrial bombing. If I play as an ally, I send all the initial fighter force to Russia, both British and American. I don’t donate the bombers, as they can help in Operation Torch, and industrial bombing.

if the allies don’t start building transports then germany has no pressure on the fatherland and can build a 10 turn stack if he wants. Transports are needed even if you never invade france so that germany stops building men and builds tanks. at that point you know how many turns it is to moscow, and you can transport into leningrad, convert, and be ready for the belocounter

The loss of the US convoys is not that terrible, together they are only worth ten (25% of US total income)
The game is not unbalanced if the allies are coordinated and work together.
