No a restart with me as allies again. I made some horrible mistakes with the allies. So I would rather try again before switching. Also this was hardly ever a true game to begin with (given the things that went wrong and all that).

No. Are there players who would scramble in this situation?
Yes, absolutely there are players who scramble for that move. Pretty much everyone I’ve fought at the higher end of Tier 3 and above does that. It can go badly for the Allies but for the most part it decimates the German airforce.
But that all depends on what you’re planning to do with Britain afterwards.

Allies can annex TTs belonging to the dutch in the Pacific. So it makes sense that the allies can also annex TT’s hold by France after the capital falls. This would also mean that any TT with UK troops in it, would automatically become UK, but it at the very least will allow for a way to use those TT’s belonging to France after the capital is gone. Otherwise the only way to actually reuse those TT’s would be to allow the Axis to take them first (which is a horrendous idea).

BTW- sorry it’s taking so long, trying to figure out a good J1 DOW strat for this setup.
It’s the same deal if Russia falls - until an Axis power conquers say, Ukraine, the Allies can’t just walk in and make use of it.
