I’m using Adobe Photoshop CS6.  The textures that I made for the neutrals are partially “from scratch” and partially “stitched together” (and color corrected) from other areas of the map.

Looks like you have a pretty good collection already. I have about $100 invested after buying both of the global games and still nowhere close to where I want to be. Nice setup though

Because of the forum’s anti-spam software, you need to have a certain minimum of posts (I think it’s 10 but I’m not sure) before the forum gives you the option to post attachments.
