Rule Updates?

Vichy is a must in my opinion, even if you get the worse case situation and get nothing. Southern France being Vichy blocks Italy from being conquered through France. This is a good reason why you may not want to take Switzerland as the Axis.

Where are the updated rules with the 20 “minor fixes”? They were supposed to be out months ago? It’s impossible to read through the threads. Let me guess “soon”?

If Germany did not take France on turn 1 and bypass Poland there is no way they would win. France and UK would be able to build up and eventually the Germans would have to attack the allies. Believe me…if you dont take France on the first turn Germany is doomed.

Just a thought. You could roll a die for automatic retreats. What I mean is if defender wants to retreat, then roll a die and that many can retreat. Bad die roll and he may have to leave a good piece behind. Also could force the attacker the same thing.

The limit is one… and all parties can do it.

Of course it doesn’t help when the russians drop that in Moscow with a stack of 70+ units.  But, if Germany can do the same? What does it matter.
