Can’t do my go today, I am afraid. Am off to my parents’ to watch Fiorentina play. (I am Florentine and football is our sport.)I have looked at our game for hours over the last few days and cannot see how I can stop you. Cannot concede though; just mystified at my poor Allied play. You have hammered away and I have not knocked you down.
I cannot understand why Japan is still so powerful, despite Germany seeming on the brink of victory. Have I been too passive? Did I miss an opportunity to advance on Japan?

I don’t think that you’ve been too passive with Japan.
Many of the people on this forum claim that China isn’t really that important…but I disagree. Once China has been eliminated then Japan can focus on other matters, such as putting pressure on India or keeping the allied fleet at bay.I also feel that Germany has become unstoppable…they’re just going to keep pushing forward no matter what the US/UK do. The US may be able to reinforce Egypt, but that would take two turns and they would have to abandon/neglect their European territories. If they stop reinforcing their European territories with transports German infantry stacks will start moving on them immediately…so the allies have some difficult decisions to make.

I can see what is happening, but am unable to think how to react. Am doing the same thing I was doing before the situation got dire. Soon as you took Moscow with 30 units remaining,
I knew I had no chance.
I seriously considered going for Berlin last turn. Would have been 11 units against 12, if the AA missed. That is how clearly I see the writing on the wall! But failure windmill have signalled the end for me. I could not do it.
I agree that China is the key. Not having that to worry about, means you can hold US/Anzac at bay.
