cow, you misunderstood me - i was saying it was a fair trade for you NOT to attack and me NOT to get the NO and that it was less work to leave it that way.

so the map will stay as it was after the russian turn.  now, i need a scramble decision.

i was quite happy you didn’t attack - in my mind it was far better than having the german no and being more likely to lose the transports.  scramble in z39?
