I don’t recall who got the first choice in Gettysburg; it may have been decided by a dice rolls at the beginning of the game. For PTV, the Axis are more vulnerable to quirky and devastating battles; whereas the Allies may have much more resilience. Recommend giving the Axis the first re-roll. My recollection is that this was used only in extreme cases, as a player did not want to give up the re-roll option to an opponent. As we are agreeing to this rule after the fact, it is too late to apply it to a G-1 battle.

Just noticed Cow’s unbelievable Cow-luck on Egypt
Other-worldlyi have never seen dice like that. WOW
-
Just noticed Cow’s unbelievable Cow-luck on Egypt
Other-worldlyi have never seen dice like that. WOW
he lost only 6 units. incredible.
-
not only that, but the luck carried over into the italian turn. at least he didn’t shoot down my bomber lol
-
Wow, he sure talks like a know-it-all. And the content of his little lectures is…… tedious and laughable, mostly
-
if you look at the game, i put a pretty good move on him and was going to get india along with a bunch of aircraft for a song if he didn’t get a 30% result and block in z37. it’s alright, if you take huge risks like that you deserve to get rewarded handsomely from time to time.
-
holland casualty choice - lose inf or aa?
-
if i can get cowdice in belarus (ie, kill about 48 of your units to my 10) then the germans could live to fight a little longer!
-
When I attacked Greece on I1 with 4 infantry and 2 tanks, all 4 infantry hit and both tanks missed (didn’t need the 4 hits because I got 2 bombardment hits tho)
-
4/4 on 1’s is cowdice for sure :-)
-
Lose AAA
-
northern italy round 1 (and beyond?) lose inf or aa gun?
-
Lose the AA
-
good luck in the small ball and plastered in the big ball. the opposite of cowluck… :|
i concede - good luck the rest of the league year - hope you remain undefeated - i think you will, unless you play mr lucky. thing is, usually he’s incredibly lucky, but sometimes he gets unlucky and folds in 2 or 3 turns.
cheers
-
Not planning on playing Cow
Thanks for the well wishes - looking forward to seeing what the rest of the league year has in store for all of us
