    So I needed more submarines to get the maximum in ALL TT’s? I thought it was counted for each TT. At least that is what I could make out of the rules.

    Yes you did need more.� No it’s not for each territory, it’s like 2nd edition in that way.

    In light of this, if you’d like to have more subs in those SZs, I’m happy to edit things that way.

    I never really understood convoying until now. It was poorly explained in the rules.

    Forget about editing in more submarines for more convoy damage. At this point other things are hurting me more. Like those French TT’s that never reverted to UK or the lack of a use for Sydney.
