if u attack early there are more chances of killing more fleet, but then us comes in early, and attack late, and u will not kill enough fleet it seems, but i will try to push back with japan in following rounds -

I think with Japan the right time to declare war is second turn. In the third turn ANZAC and UK pacific became too strong and USA can move anyway almost everywhere don’t you think? -
