    I can’t recover any of the 8 VC cities on the European map in the next round so congrats on a fun win.  Playing with tech is certainly different.  I’ll post in the game thread in just a minute.

    thanks for a fun game. tech is definitely interesting, but I might do delayed tech as I think it makes it a but less random. haven’t played PGMatt yet but he is on my list
