It is illegal to move your tank to Alexandria in the combat movement phase and then move it back in the non-combat movement phase. You must complete the blitzing move of a tank in the combat movement phase. Don’t let it happen again, please (it gave you more options than you should have had, including if you had cleared Z97, you would have been able to reinforce Alexandria with 2 more transported units)
Anyway, assuming you were ignorant of the rule, I will allow you to move the tank back to safety in Tobruk even though it is technically illegal.
