    OK, “4 hrs from now” would have been about 6 hours ago, so I am going to proceed even though I asked for another confirmation.  I did not want to rush you into a poor decision or anything, I just don’t like leaving moves hanging in the middle for too long and thought it was an easy decision.

    Lets see, you repeatedly asked for my scrambling decision. First I told you I wont be at my computer before 4 hrs at least, but not much later after this answer, and after a few more messages, and after you summarized the units involved by PM, I told you to scramble away. I realize you then asked for confirmation again, which is certainly thoughtful, but was not necessary. I simply did not feel compelled to check messages or threads after that (and didnt want another great UK navy victory disturb my sleep), and only noticed your confirmation question and OOL my morning.

    As to your handling of the battle, no objections. Pls lose the the AC, a sub and the DD.

    Checking the rule book on this to see if you have a choice.  Not 100% sure without looking


  • OK, rule book says scrambled air always return to where they came from if they can.
    But you had 2 scrambled and 2 on carrier
    Stranded air on carriers can fly 1 space in any direction they choose, so your 2 surviving aircraft can indeed legally land in Denmark, West Germany, or Norway.
    But now I just realized since no Allies could attack by next G turn anyway, you will almost certainly want them on the air base in West Germany.

    If not, let me know before doing Italy’s turn as I have opportunity to change my noncom and placement since your decision on where to land must take place before my noncom
