I looked for an ANZAC DOW and didn’t see it.
I did see according to the history there was a DOW by Japan round 3 on ANZAC and UK.
So no, Japan apparently was not at war with ANZ/UK until J3 unless the history is wrong for some reason

I was totally sure, that I declared war with anzac….
God, how did that slip through? My bad then…
But if Anzac would have declared war, japan would not have been able to load the transports, right?
