One question for Chris. Can a submarine attack this freak?

I assume that, like seabirds, these things rest on the surface of the ocean when they’re not flying.

So I say yes! If you get the chance to surprise attack them with subs, go for it!

Be warned though: these things are twice as tough as a FLYING SAUCER. They need to be hit 8 times in one combat to kill. So don’t attack them unless you’re sure you can win…

PTEROS have no destroyer perks, so subs can slip away, unless they’re frozen by the 1d4 TERROR ability.
and then submerge after first round, or does it get destroyer perk?
