  • General Chiang Kai Shek has struck up an arms supply deal with the Russians to deal with the Japanese invasion…!

    At the end of every Chinese turn, place 2d6 IPCs worth of Russian units on any Chinese-controlled territory.

    These can be ANY LAND UNITS that you can afford with the money, not necessarily just infantry.

    So, for this turn for example, the Chinese will get:
