Which nation requires the least skill to play as?

You’re best bet would be to join the League. That’s where most of the action is.

This is an easy one. Let the Allies pick out the Axis advanteges and let the Axis pick the Allied advanteges. I bet they both will find the crapy ones of equil value.

Each side has an equal number of VC’s.  If you add an Allied one, you add an Axis one, otherwise the extra VC is an Allied advantage.

Thanks for the link. Wow, the Japanese Battleships are amazing, and I am glad that superfortresses are nolonger immune to AA fire. I will definintly use these rules. Thanks agian.

To add to ydavid’s comment, czech out the explanation that it gives, as far as “you could move a fighter from Hawaii to the East Indies in one turn, as long as you control both island groups.” Without Island Bases, your fighters couldn’t go anywhere near that far.

Basically it only helps the US in the Pacific.
