Who I am kidding, I love revised. Transports rolling 1s is so much fun

2 - You may play anyone in the league, but only to best of 3 games per opponent will count in standings. EXCEPTION: If you and your opponent have each completed 13+ games during the league year, best of 5 games will count in the standings.
Just to clarify a limit of 2 wins per opponent until both players hit 13+ games in which case it becomes 3 wins. It is not 3 or 5 total games.
So what happens if two players play their best of 3… start all 3 games at the same time then one player wins all 3 games? One of them will not count?

You do realize you do not need to hit “post” every 3 sentences?

I’m not sure if this is where to ask, but can I get a rules clarification?
Under what circumstances can you fly over neutrals? Can you fly over in combat move if you attack them the same turn?

You cannot fly over and past them in combat. You can only fly over and past them in noncom, and only if you attacked the specific territory you want to fly over. The planes flying over need not have been part of the attack. Clear?

Thanks :-)

You can attack a neutral during combat phase with planes they just can’t fly over AND past the neutral being attacked during combat phase.

The DOW on true neutrals is just a TripleA thing, right? Does that have any affect at all if you DOW on a prior turn, but don’t actually attack anything? If you attack a territory on an earlier turn, can you fly over it freely?

tripleA handles the neutrals completely wrong - don’t trust anything it does. you can only fly over a neutral territory that you actually attacked. on the turn you attack any neutral, the rest of the neutrals, for all intents and purposes i believe, become like pro-the other side-neutrals. the one(s) you actually attack become friendly to the other side, meaning they can land aircraft there immediately, unless you took the territory of course.

Ok, that clears up my questions. Thanks.
-
I guess my questions aren’t cleared up yet :|
c) You CAN fly over a neutral that has been attacked previously, because it is actually no longer a neutral even if it was not conquered. It has joined the opposing side. You can do this in the non-combat move immediately following the attack.
Sounds like if I attack Afganistan with USA fig in moscow, then UK air can fly over no matter what.
-
To clarify, I’m asking if a neutral does indeed join the axis side immediately if it is attacked by the allies.

Absolutely correct as it relates to any neutral which has actually been attacked on any prior turn by any power.

To clarify, I’m asking if a neutral does indeed join the axis side immediately if it is attacked by the allies.
in this case Afghanistan immediately becomes friendly to the axis but does not become axis controlled until an axis land unit walks in.
All unattached neutrals change to proaxis neutral status and all that entails.

Friendly is NOT neutral.
Axis controlled
Friendly to axis
Pro axis neutral
True neutral -
Oh, I see. I didn’t get the distinction between friendly and pro-axis neutral. The rule book calls them friendly neutrals, so I got confused

Yes bad wording by rulebook.

I think they rulebook tried to use the word ‘friendly’ as shorthand for ‘proaxis or Pro allied’. :|
