Oh - sorry, game doesn’t count until you’ve both reached 26 games played because you’ve already played best of 5.

If this was unexpected and you have any questions, let me know and I can explain it for you.Purpose of this rule is to help everyone be able to get games with other league players, and to spread people out among a variety of opponents… Originally, I believe, there were no provisions for ever playing more than best of 3 against another player within a year, but I have relaxed that with the every 13 games standard.

Look at the bottom of the rankings spreadsheet to see games that have not yet been counted due to games played limitation. These games WILL count, if both players reach the qualifications before the end of the year. Just to be clear - the game was not invalidated, but it will not count unless and until both players have reached the required thresholds.
