If it’s helping, just give garg another game against me, win or loss, I don’t care. I don’t think it would change my ranking.
That’s cool, I’ll wait to hear from Garg about what he wants to do
I want to take Roboto up on this offer.
VERY cool of him, and he will be “rewarded” in the XDAP. ;)
Of course, this is only if it makes sense / makes it easier for your numbers Gamer. I am totally opening to playing if that even’s things up, or NOT playing, if the same is true.
Consider me a convenience entry, at your discretion Gamerman.
And watch out in 2015 League, because I am making a hitlist of all the Tier 1’s for 2015, and intend to make a strong League presence this year. That means you are in my way. :)

Apparently rpg44 still only has 3 games as well.
I’m making an executive decision to make an exception and let you both in, based on your own recognizance (for both of you)
I have drawn up the brackets in a new tab on the standings spreadsheet. Subject to change - the season is open for a couple more hours just to make sure.
There is a clear break between Roboto and his 3.33 and Shin Ji at 2.36.
I hope Shin Ji, Soulblighter, and Dawgoneit don’t mind their mini-playoff. I thought it was a better solution than trying to make a bracket out of 9 or 11 (depending on how you want to count it). I do NOT want players to have to wait and for the playoff to take longer, so am avoiding the bracket being 4 deep. What I’m saying is, I like the way the brackets look now, but am open to strong protests by Shin Ji, Soulblighter, and Dawgoneit. But I think they are pretty easy going guys.

Looking at the league playoff bracket and the 2nd playoff bracket, all of the first round matchups look VERY compelling! WOW!
Gentlemen, bring your “A” games, and may the dice not screw up any of them!
-
I hope Shin Ji, Soulblighter, and Dawgoneit don’t mind their mini-playoff.
Guys, if you can recruit 3-5 more league players with 3+ games, I could always fit them in your playoff, even if Dawgoneit and Soulblighter go ahead and start your game.
-
2 quick questions before I go to bed (lol)
1. Have we decided that these games do count for 2015, or don’t count for 2015?
2. Does the lower ranked or higher ranked player bid first.
Thanks again, Gamerman! Now get some sleep… ;)
-
Yes, they’re going to count for 2015 regular season
Higher ranked player bids first - they earned it.

I am pretty easy going, but I do have one objection. I said I was considering entering :P. Unless consideration means something else in the US, but over here it means you are thinking it over :D. And there is something you all have forgotten and that is that dawgoneit’s father is seriously ill. He also hasn’t started any new games as far as I know.

I draw Garg in Rd 1??!!! SoaB, I should just resign now.

Forget I wrote part of this. Just saw dawgoneit responding.

Do I… can I be in the playoffs? I thought it was just a bracket.

Do I… can I be in the playoffs? I thought it was just a bracket.
Probably. Tho you probably would end up in the bracket with me shinji and dawgoneit, so shinji has an opponent to play against.

Sounds good to me.

Gamerman might correct me tho. I am just making assumptions over here, but it seems most likely at this point.

More games is always better. Bring it on!

So one thing I don’t quite understand, do the 2nd and 3rd playoff champions then play against each other or what?
-
@Shin:
So one thing I don’t quite understand, do the 2nd and 3rd playoff champions then play against each other or what?
I would be in favor for this, but the guys over in bracket number 2 want nothing to do with some of the guys over in bracket number 3 :P.
-
SouL, you’re in then. Anyone who wants to join in can still do so - the 3rd bracket isn’t fully formed.
Soulblighter, sorry if I misunderstood you - I don’t remember you saying “considering” or whatever you said. If you don’t want in, just say the word.
No, sorry, there will be no mandate that the tournament winner of bracket 2 play the tournament winner of bracket 3. There’s nothing keeping you from doing it, and I’m totally fine with it, but I’m not going to put any pressure whatsoever on either of those 2 players.
-
Guys in the 3rd bracket, maybe you should hold off on starting your games for a bit, if you’re interested in having a little bigger bracket. I’ll give you time to talk to your friends and get them in if you want.
For now, SouL should be the #2 seed, so would be playing Blighter, and Shin Ji faces Dawgoneit.
It’s YOUR playoff, gentlemen, so if I hear from you that you’re good with a bracket of 4 and want to start, by all means you should.
I would be surprised, though, if there’s not a few more guys who want to join but missed the boat so far for whatever reason. Thought you might want a 6-8 man bracket (6 man would have 2 byes for #1 and #2) -
2014 League is officially over.
