rule 5e…gone since March 18 and tried multiple messages…if he wants to continue when he comes back I will. Japan is running wild in the Pacific, London has fallen, Calcutta is not far behind, and knocking on Australia’s door. It looks very tough for the Allies to overcome.

anybody the game wont let me build my Italian factory in Persia or Iraq is there a rule I haven’t found or a glitch?

You should be able to build a minor factory in Persia or Iraq (if you controlled at the beginning of your turn, of course) with any power. Might be a glitch.
