Game setup question…

Hi. You could use Larry’s 42 set up. I have played that quite a bit on AAA with others here. You would probably have to play 3 times to see how much of an at War NO the US needs to compete against the Axis, without tilting too much in the allies’ favour.
Please report back how it goes  playing Europe stand  alone.

I don’t know if you play AAA or whether you would want to download it, but I attach a 43 version I set up and have played twice.
The axis cannot win and that was my intention. It was solely done, as I love playing  Germany with its back to the wall, with the nasty Russians growing stronger and invading Germany proper.

By the way, make sure every nation receives their income at the end of their own turn (not all simultaniously after a complete gameround).

since dynamic counter would ruin it: first post coming up!

to the point: i have a layered europe map in the works. as i understand modules for regular sw are a work in progress as well, i still found this the only way to have a ‘map’ ready in acceptable time (i’m from central eu, would take a month or so for the actual boxes to arrive…).

only problem is with the layering, in the sense that you do need some basic PS knowledge and the sw itself (or equivalent) if you want to use it… meaning tossing around units and so…

still, if you’re interested, let me know, should be ready around… sunday evening (US time)… expect a huge file… :)

also, right now i m using a 1500x1500px base map, the highest resolution i could find. if sone happens to have a better one, please redirect me… (map only, no units and glares and stuff like that)

(note: player with some AA experience - myself - seeking opponent for aae40 game, as posted under the relevant section…)

I would buy it but I would also be upset and feel like WOTC is cheating me out of my money because they should already have this included for a $70.00 BOARD GAME.

I agree with this statement and I will buy all my extra stuff from FMG.

Any news on when FMG will start selling the pieces?
