    You were unlucky, but as the Axis I think you need to keep up the pressure and slowly you will see your income surpass the Allies.
    As the Allies, I thought you had a good strategy, trying to keep Russia in it, but the monster to be neutered is Japan. You have to find a way to keep India and to hurt them.
    I am not sure I could do well either against a determined opponent.
    The Bid may be necessary, unfortunately.
    Also , I think the Jap fleet off Borneo(I think) should be attacked on UK1. It is too much of an opportunity to miss.
    Try it this time, or have you found that does not help.

    Thanks for the advice and suggestion.  I think I learned some lessons in this game:

    1. US needs to have platform to provide support.  One mistake I made is forgot to block the attack route of the Japanese fleet (by making sure there is a unit blocking that sea zone near the Far Russia so all the productions (and transports) were gone after the attack.

    2. Africa seems pretty hard to defend if Germany decided to take it. I was lucky at round 1 where both of my transports were alive after G1 attack.    But with the Germany transport alive it’s hard to keep up.

    3. The biggest challenge to me in this game is I find it hard to balance between India and British mainland. I need to think how to resolve it.

    4. You are right.  I tried too many places and stretch thin

    5.  Your Japan was really aggressive.  I was surprised how many lands you took at R1 - that didn’t happen when playing with my friend before.  Good to see! :)

    I still like to try a few more games without bid  (hope you don’t mind).  Just to see how Allies can be stretched. :-D  I haven’t tried the attack route you mentioned.  I will give this a shot when condition comes…
