Hawaii: Full scrambleOOL in Hawaii is very hard to say - obviously I start with AC, sub, DD, DD; but everything afterwards would very much depend on how the battle goes. (I should have made a proper calculation though and kept at least either one of the Cruiser and the BB I send to the other side);

I think Hawaii is pretty straightforward, you’re just looking for best defence against a superior force so I’m going to take your OOL as AC first hit, sub, dds, AC second hit, tac and figs.
Btw, I forgot to buy a sub with those 6 remaining IPCs, I’ll edit accordingly.
