    Hank, for your planning purposes, i can tell you that the russians in amur are not moving at all.  i may hit your ��� inf in tsinghai.  let me know what your thoughts are on my LL reroll question.  would be best to have this ironed out before proceeding, i don’t want either side to be surprised by anything and have this turn into a disputed game.  i can likely go along with whatever you guys think is best, but i do reserve the right to put forth a different opinion after hearing yours.

    please remember to address my reroll question.  if the defender throws the flag, is the attacker required to roll at least one round of LL to do the battle the second time?  or is the attacker required to take the battle to completion?

    i hope you find a little time to look at the map soon.  cheers

    for the lowluck reroll(s) if the attacker or defender throws the flag the attacker is only obligated to roll the first round. lets keep it as similar to the regular game as possible. the attacker can survey the battle round by round and retreat whenever they want.

    i can not think of any logical reason why we would do it differently. if you have a reason please let us know now before a lowluck roll could happen.

    Mainly I just want to know that the attacker is force to do at least one round… ie they cannot say well I dont want to do the battle now that u have thrown the challenge flag.

    the attacker has already made all their combat moves.
    the lowluck reroll is just to reroll a single battle not redo combat moves.

    we all agree that the attacker must roll at least one round of battle.
