    I was trying to do things in the right order with combat and non combat moves with the transports in the Atlantic, so of course I messed up again.  You’ll see an edit for me not making the combat moves at the right time and instead everything is one big non combat move.  I edited the territories of Gibraltar and Morroco from Italian to US.
