Alex sir - you are truly a gentleman. Dice are a part of this game - and the more I play G40 (I have played mostly anniversary and 1942 - 2nd Edition FTF), I have determined that bad dice at the very beginning of this game - even with as big a game as it is - seem to almost spell doom faster than the other games that play smaller.

Maybe that isn’t true - maybe it just ‘feels’ that way. I also know that I am not a very good Allied player - 90% of the time I play Axis. You combine that with the fact that the dice have been what they have been and the fact that you are a great player - and what we have is the making of a game of futility for me. Yeah, you won’t win maybe in 3 turns - but you will win and, it just won’t be all that much fun for me - except maybe as a learning tool.

At any rate - again, you are very generous with your offer to both use odds on the dice and to null the game. Let me look the board over - actually placing the units I bought and see what we have. If I decide not to continue - I still want you to take the win - you still earned it.
