I guess that is the way the game reports it when a battle is fought in edit mode. I turned it on at the end of combat moves and added the planes to south italy, then clicked done without turning off. I realized what was happening and shut it off for most of the fights, then turned it back on to delete my planes in Turkey during NCM.
To further clarify, the dice are rolled in the battles, and when in edit mode you’re allowed to make changes. The dice still went to server and I didn’t actually make any changes. The Belarus “edit” was simply the first battle I diced before turning off edit mode.
